Standard Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to damage or error. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Holiday & Seasonal Items

Due to limited seasonal inventory, timely returns help us serve all customers efficiently. Holiday and seasonal items must be returned by December 10th, regardless of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Final Sale

All items ending in .99 are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. We recommend treating them like cash and storing them securely.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Returns due to damage will not incur return shipping fees.

Additional Terms

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or in error.

  • Returned items must be free of wear, use, or alteration. Items that don’t meet these criteria may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that fall outside our policy.
